A good safety helmet is a life saver when working on site. You will not realize how important it is until you walk out of a site and inspect it. You will realize from the number of dents and scratches the number of time you have died if not for it.It only cost a couple of dollars. It is light weight and it keeps the rain and shine out.
Remember : Keep the chin strap on!!! There are incidents when the helmet falls off when you lean out. You bent over to pick it up and hit your head on a low beam when stand upright again.
